Karen, Gav and the team are absolutely fantastic! We booked Karen and Soiree for our festival theme wedding in June 2018.
We were apprehensive at first, as we were unsure how well the catering would go as the venue was in a Tipi in a field! But our concerns were quickly dismissed when we had our first meeting with Karen and her head chef Gav, to discuss to event and proceedings. Their experience, attention to detail and range of amazing food really filled us with confidence! Frankie and I are also Vegan, along with some of our guests, but Gav assured us this would not be an issue and he had a few ideas we'd love. Leading up to the event, Karen was able to draw upon her extensive experience and offer help and advice, not just with the catering but with the wedding planning and arrangements. The wedding day could not have been more perfect! The sit down meal was sublime. Frankie and I were constantly receiving compliments about how amazing the food was! Karen advised we have sharing platters which worked fantasticly, adding to the atmosphere and encouraging people to interact and converse. The evening buffet was just as successful, with our guests queuing out of the door of the Tipi! A fantastic range or cheese, meat, salad, dips and bread arranged beautifully! In summary, Frankie and I literally could not have asked for any more from Karen and her team. Their professionalism allowed the day to flow effortlessly, even while operating from the challenging environment of a Tipi. Karen added her personal touch to the event, which is something money can't buy! Thank you for helping make our wedding day perfect! Hayden & Frankie xx
