I want to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!. Karen you played such a vital role in making our day so very special. Right from when we first met you ,you guided us through the process with your gentle expertise. We are so very grateful because we were clueless in reality! Having never planned anything like this before. You took time to tune in to us as couple and “sense” what we would like. The food was outstanding, so many guests have commented to us that the buffet was fantastic ,here are some of their comments ”delicious”, ”beautifully presented”, “what a variety of different flavours” “ what a relief to have a buffet that is not run of the mill!” “the food was one of the highlights” “I loved the chocolate sauce” “I had to go back for seconds!” “superb food and so yummy”. Well Karen I could go on for pages!!!!. What I also want to thank you was for all your thoughtful touches, the wishing tree, the candelabras & guidance on the layout of things etc.
Needless to say we would have no hesitation in recommending you and don’t quite know how to thank you enough

Preparations are well underway for our Mothers Day lunch. Roast Beef Yorkshire Pudding. Roast Pork, apple sauce & stuffing, roasties, new potatoes, buttered veg. Sticky toffee pudding, chocolate mousse cups, fresh fruit pavlova, winter berry crumble.... and the list goes on! All got to be served for 1.00 Ashbourne Self Catering Standlow Farm, Derbyshire 🥂👍🏼
And for our second event of the evening, 40 people celebrating a birthday all cooked and Served from domestic kitchen, at the venue. Stargazey fish pie, Beef Bourgignon Chicken tagine Crispy herbed roasties Coriander buttered flatbreads Mixed fresh vegetables Citrus cous cous For dessert Baileys cheesecake Tart au citron Mohito marinated fresh fruit salad Banoffie pie. Was enjoyed emmensely by all guests.
